We may be able to help before your order is confirmed, but once an order has been confirmed and sent to our fulfilment team, we are usually unable to make changes or cancel it.

Orders are processed quickly so our team can prepare, pick and dispatch your items as soon as possible.


When Can an Order No Longer Be Changed?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is automatically passed to our fulfilment team for processing. After this point, we are generally unable to:

  • Change the items in your order
  • Update order quantities
  • Cancel the order
  • Amend order details already submitted at checkout

What Should I Do If My Order Has Already Been Confirmed?

If your order has already been confirmed, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our normal returns process if needed.
