We’re sorry to hear that your delivery hasn’t arrived as expected. At The Vault, we ensure all orders are dispatched promptly, as we understand how disappointing delays can be.
Here’s what you need to know:
- All orders are sent fully tracked, so you can monitor your package’s journey from dispatch to delivery. You’ll find your tracking information in the dispatch confirmation email we sent you.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please check the tracking details first, as this may provide the most up-to-date status of your delivery. This will Including any delays, delivery attempts and a future estimated delivery date/time.
What happens next?
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 7 days, please contact our support team. We will begin an investigation into the missing parcel and work with the courier to help locate your item.
If the courier confirms that your item is lost and cannot be delivered, we’ll issue a full refund to you.
Please note it can take up to 30 days for couriers to officially declare a parcel as lost. This allows them time to locate the package within their large delivery network. This gives us the best opportunity to find your parcel and get it delivered to you.
