At The Vault, you can return unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

How Our Returns Work
For UK Customers
- Start your return
Log in to your account, select the order and choose the item(s) you want to return. - Free UK returns
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free return label. - Pack and send
- Pack items securely in their original packaging.
- Print and attach the return label.
- Cover or remove any previous shipping labels.
- Drop the parcel at the carrier listed on the return label.
For International Customers
- Start your return
Log in to your account and request a return from your order history. - Return shipping
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. - Send the item
Ship the package to the return address provided using a tracked shipping service.
What Happens After We Receive Your Return?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s).
If the return meets our policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all tags and labels
- Be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, worn, or incomplete.
