Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Our dispatch cut-off times are:
Monday – Friday
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day.
Saturday
Orders placed before 11:30 AM (UK time) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the daily dispatch cut-off time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Rates are determined using live carrier pricing, based on:
shipment weight
package size
delivery destination
selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times and prices may be shown on product pages, however final shipping costs and delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

The courier used will depend on destination and shipment type.

If you cannot find your tracking email, you can also view tracking information by logging into your account page using the email address used for your purchase.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
Courier investigations may take time, and in some cases it may take up to 30 days for a parcel to be officially declared lost by the courier.
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost or purchase price.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import charges required to release the shipment.
Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays which are outside our control.

Order Collection
Due to the nature of our operations and the secure environment of our premises, in-person collection is not available.
All orders must be delivered via courier.
