At The Vault you can easily return unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This return process can be managed through your account page by using this link.
Here’s how our returns work:
For UK Customers:
Initiate your return: Log in to your account, select your order and initiate a return request. Simply selecting the items you wish to return and provide a return reason.
Free UK returns: Once your return request is processed, we’ll provide you with a free return label.
Pack and send:
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Print your return label and attach it to the package. Ensure any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop off your package with the carrier specified on the label.
What happens next?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our returns policy. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
For International Customers:
Initiate your return: Log in to your account, select your order and initiate a return request. Simply selecting the items you wish to return and provide a return reason.
Return address: Once your return request is processed, we’ll provide you with a return address. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Pack and send: Send the package to the provided return address using a tracked shipping service.
What happens next?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our returns policy. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Our Returns Policy:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must:
Be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Be returned in their original packaging, without any damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or without tags).
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
